There’s a chance of rain today — and for the next few days — here in Arizona.

The storm blowing through isn’t the most moisture-rich, but it’s been so dry this winter, we’ll take anything we can get.

The plants need it. The animals need it. The humans need it. Especially with the extreme fire danger.

Please do a little rain dance for us, if you will. We would greatly appreciate it.

In return, here’s a photo I took of a winter storm sweeping over the Vulture Mountains — replete with crepuscular rays — back in February 2017.

That was one of the wettest winters in recent memory, and just look at all that green.

Maybe this storm can green it up a bit from the dull, ready-to-ignite brown out there currently.

Again — rain dance, please!

Gratefully yours,

-Jake
