Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Jake!

As a former National Park Service Ranger, interpretive guide at the Grand Canyon, & hiking guide in the Phoenix Mountains, I’ve spent years sharing Arizona’s history & landscapes.

I created Mountain Tripper so I can offer fun, informative, & enriching tours with the mission of helping my guests find a deeper connection to the wonders we visit.

I’m also a published photographer, so I know exactly where — and when — to catch the pictures, whether you come with me on a sightseeing excursion, a photography tour, or anything in between.
